The mobile number, and optionally your name and message, that you send through our forms. Basic technical data such as browser type, needed to run the site.
Why we use it
To contact you about your request, complete the top-up, and handle support or refunds.
Card data
We never ask for card details in forms, calls or messages. Payments are processed on a secure page by the payment provider.
Sharing
We share the number and amount only with the parties needed to complete the top-up. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Request records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations, and then deleted.
