The service
We help you top up prepaid FRiENDi numbers in Oman for amounts from OMR 0.100 to OMR 50.000. We are an independent service and not the mobile network operator.
Your responsibilities
Give a correct, active mobile number and use only a payment card that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Amounts and fees
The top-up amount and any service fee are confirmed with you before payment. Nothing is charged without your confirmation.
Crediting
Top-ups are usually credited within minutes of payment. Network maintenance can cause delays; we keep you informed until the balance arrives.
Liability
We are responsible for passing your top-up correctly to the network. Tariffs, plan rules and network availability are set by the operator and are outside our control.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
